Thanks for the welcome and for the encouragement! I'm still green, but I did hear that it's one of the more challenging armies to collect.
Necrons I've heard are fairly easy for a newcomer, so I decided to balance the challenges!

Another thing that I'm hearing is a challenge is white, like you say!
A great lot of people are showing me how white primer ends up a bit chalky or thick, which is disastrous on the tiny details of a SoB.

You have allready discovered the galleries, but I'd also advise you to take a peek at the blogs and the showcase thread in the painting and modelling section. I will do exactly that! I'm sure my first shaky painting attempt will be less of a disaster if I know what to aim for.

Speaking of, I'm loving the Necron colors in your gallery.
