				<title>1500 ork list for tourney</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So I'm going to my first tourney in October  and I'm looking to tweak my list. <br /> <br /> Warboss on a bike with power klaw and cybork armor. 135<br /> <br /> Elite<br /> <br /> Biker nobz x5   1 power klaw with boss pole. 1 painboy. 1 waaaagh banner.  2 big choppas. (All cyborked)  335<br /> <br /> Troops<br /> <br /> 6x   12 boyz, nob upgrade with boss pole and power klaw. Trukk with ram.  152x6   912<br /> <br /> Dakka jet with extra supa shoota.  120 <br /> <br /> <br /> I end up with 1502. I don't know what to take away to make this work. <br /> I was also thinking of getting rid of a trukk and boyz to make the nobz troops and adding another dakka jet both with fighta ace upgrades. And the supa shoota. But that would put me at around 1490 points. <br /> <br /> Any suggestions I could do to improve this list? <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<title>1500 ork list for tourney</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Dump the big choppas. Not really usefull now. Same number of wounds as choppa/slugga vs marine at a higher cost.<br /> <br /> The rams may not be too usefull on the trukks may be better off with red paint job or no upgrades.<br /> <br /> If you dump one boys squad you can make your nobs troops. (you do not have force org room <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(258);'>atm</span>) Could use those extra points to beef up the nob squad or add in something else such as a second dakkajet.<br /> <br /> Check out the flyboss upgrade for the dakkajet.]]></description>

				<title>1500 ork list for tourney</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Just one ram or one boy.<br /> <br /> Another thoughrt. My friend and I played an 875 game the other day and he thought he would over budget short range anti horde stuff. Just so happened that my trukk boyz units were each armed with a big shoota. This helped turn "backup and shoot 24 shots a turn at 30+ inches for two turns" a thing. Kinda thing that ate up several bikes on some bad saves and good ork shootin.]]></description>

				<title>1500 ork list for tourney</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ My buddy plays <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> and tau. Many times I lost my armor and cover save. He drops his furioso naught. Bunch of ap4 flamers. As silly as it seems. I had to charge that naught with my nobz once since if I ignored him. He would have killed all my boyz with those bloody flamed weapons. On the charge I saved against his attacks with my cybork. 5 Pts to save anything is too good to pass up. <br /> <br /> I could drop a big choppa to make the points work. Then add a ammo runt just to make my points 1500 exact. But I like the the fact of wounding on 2s at the cost of 1 attack. <br /> ]]></description>

Also in the example above, ork exhaust cloud is a cover save so it is not effected by <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>ap</span> value. Any type of power weapon can deny armor save. Tau generally negates cover save. And would use ap4 or better against my nobz since they are the biggest threat. 5 pts is a good investment I think ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I mean any army in general for close combat. Tau crumple if you get into melee with them. Just good luck doing so <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span>. <br /> <br /> Example. Had 10 boyz and a nob charge a firewarrior group. He had 3 other squads overwatch them. Had the ethereal. They killed all but my nob who had 1 wound left. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>Lol</span> challenged his ethereal. Killed it. Ran him off. Killing his full squad <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span>. <br /> <br /> His firewarriors will weight of dice the nobz. The riptide would do good damage to them as well as hammerheads I believe they are called.  <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ The first thing I thought of looking at this list was "that warboss needs an attack squig"<br /> Other then that I'd probably drop one trukk for a couple of 5man squads of Lootas, maybe even drop the dakkajet for 5 more lootas and a squad of 3x kannons<br /> Other then that this list looks awesome, I love trukk lists in general]]></description>

Ideally you want to avoid any <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 10 especially if it has <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>ap</span> 4+ which is everything <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 10 that I can think of. Nobs even biker nobs are far better in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> then shooting. Dakkaguns are good but not better then power claws or 5 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 5 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span> 5 attacks on the charge so use then guns then pound in for the kill.<br /> <br /> If you are not willing to pay 5 points per 45+ point model then there is no point in using them. They will underperform.<br /> <br /> On big choppas, you lose 1 attack per model since they are 2 handed. vs marines on the charge you inflict 2.22 wounds with slugga/choppa and 2.22 with big choppa so they are exactly the same vs t4 anything less then t4 and slugga choppa will be better and costs you nothing as opposed to 5 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(675);'>ppm</span>.]]></description>

They swing before you and cause <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(269);'>id</span> so you are pretty far behind the power curve to start off. I like to run 1 painboy 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>pk</span>/banner/pole and an extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>pk</span> if 6+ models. The rest I just give a bike and cybork and leave them up front to be the first casualties. Some will die and you might as well keep the loss to a minimum. The only reason I see to use big choppas is if you already paid for a combi scorcha and just happen to have 5-10 points left over for the big choppa. Even then I would make sure I put the scorchas on the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>pk</span> nobs first since they are already missing out on the +1 attack for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> weapon/pistol due to specialist weapon.]]></description>
