And if you swap out sammy and still want the comand squad, take a libby on bike. personally I would drop the shroud as where I play you never get cover saves because if eldar and tau. The devs may want an adl? Helps with flyers if you also take a quad gun.

Also a personal preference/ precaution, because its only av 10 hp2 I like to give my ls's something with range of more than bolters so I don't get ripped apart.

Realistically without pure RW your 1st turn damage will be not at its maximum potential but those termies will be quite survivable. However, you should consider what will happen against tau who can jump shoot (ap2 weapons) jump.. That being said HB/AC is very viable.

I agree. I use Azrael + Librarian + 8 vets, 5 with plasma pistol and bolt pistol combo w/ gunslinger rule. Pod them and drop them on an objective your opponent wants. With Azrael's Warlord tait he can give any unit FNP if it's on an objective . 3+, 4++ FNP with a divination librarian possibly giveing them counter attack and fires overwatch at full BS + re-rolls to hit is a beautiful thing to behold. I've killed Daemon Princes as they charge in to my unit And my opponents HATE these guys. And they are vets so 4 attacks on the charge aint too shabby really.

I have debated whether or not to add in a bike librarian or terminator librarian to this in order to get a command squad. I want BOTH so badly because Black Knights are amazing and FNP banner terminators possibly giving that buff to my whole army is just too sexy haha. They are expensive, but they are cool. Maybe I'll just add a vet and take a terminator librarian to deep strike in with my DW command squad with FNP banner.

I usually run my vets with 2x DW squads, 2x RW squads, and 2x Land Speeder Typhoons. They have done OK. Need to optimize though.

Hopefully that can inspire you a bit with a fun, fluffy, and pretty troll-tastic set up haha.

My Only Concern regarding the Azrael/Libby/Vet FNP objective camp is that thats 600 pts of non scoring 12" range models that just sit there and scream COME AT ME BRO!!
