				<description><![CDATA[ While the government is in shutdown, all US Military is allowed to shop at Sams Club without needing a membership.<br /> <br /> I don't have any official links for this, but it's info our base <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(333);'>PA</span> office is spreading, and others as well.]]></description>

Both of them are gakholes <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span>. Though this move to help the military is a decent move.]]></description>

When I was at Tinker AFB it was fairly overpriced on most things, but occasionally had good deals on some specific stuff. On the average, shopping for groceries at Walmart is likely to be consistently less expensive. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(274);'>YMMV</span> of course. <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

I addressed that earlier.<br /> <br /> Secondly, Commissaries are almost always cheaper then local area markets, because they are legally bound to sell at cost (plus small surcharge, to cover some expenses).
