				<description><![CDATA[ Okay, so I was playing around with the 6x10 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squad in Rhino White scars army the other day and it got me thinking, with the cheaper prices in 6th Ed C:<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(119);'>SM</span> and the self-allying, just how bonkers could you get with maxing out vehicles? I came up with 17 separate vehicles and 8 scoring troops units. How do you think this would fare?<br /> <br /> <br /> Primary Detachment - Iron Hands (because who doesn't love It Will Not Die in a vehicle spam army?)<br /> <br /> Librarian - 65 - Cheapest possible <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> (I suppose the whole thing could switch to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> for fearless at the same price?)<br /> 6x 5-man Tactical Squad + Meltagun, LasPlas Razorback - (155 each) - 930 total<br /> 2x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> Predators - 200<br /> 1x Whirlwind - 65<br /> 3x Land Speeder with Heavy Flamer - 150 (for crowd control)<br /> <br /> Allied Detachment - White Scars<br /> Librarian - 65<br /> 2x 5-man Tactical Squad + Meltagun, LasPlas Razorback - (155 each) - 310<br /> 1x Whirlwind - 65<br /> 1x Land Speeder w/ Heavy Flamer - 50<br /> <br /> Inquisitor Detachment (Because why not get 3 servo skulls to deter scout shenanigans)<br /> Ordo Xenos Inquisitor + 3x Servo Skulls - 34<br /> 3x Acolytes + Psyback - 62<br /> <br /> <br /> Total Summary<br /> 8x LasPlas Razorbacks with 5-man melta units inside<br /> 1x Psyback<br /> 2x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(5);'>AC</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(80);'>LC</span> Predators<br /> 2x Whirlwinds<br /> 4x Land Speeders with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(336);'>HF</span><br /> 2x Librarians<br /> 1x Inquisitor with Servo Skulls<br /> <br /> What do you guys think?  It would probably be horrible, and certainly would have movement issues on some maps, but that just seems like an awful lot of vehicles to deal with. It is 25 separate units (not counting <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQs</span>). And it brings to bear 12 lascannons, 8 twin-linked plasmaguns, 2 autocannons, 2x whirlwinds, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 6 Heavy bolter, and 4x heavy flamers.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Can get 21 vehicles if you use squads of scouts in land speeder storm's and loads of land speeders.<br /> <br /> Slightly different to your Lascannon idea but with this you get.<br /> <br /> 17 Multimelta's<br /> 4 Twin Linked Lascannon's<br /> 9 Heavy Bolters<br /> 5 Cerberus Launchers (so they cant shoot back)<br /> <br /> You could get a bit more creative though by dropping some of the Multimelta's but hey, who doesnt like 24" S8 AP1!<br /> <br /> Libby<br /> 3x Dreads (Multimelta's)<br /> 5x Scout Squads in Land Speeder Storms (Multimelta's)<br /> 1x Tactical Squad in Razorback (Twin Linked Lascannon's)<br /> 9x Land Speeder (Multimelta's and Heavy Bolter's)<br /> 3x Predator (Twin Linked Lascannons)]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I think you are much better off running it as Ravenguard.  So much Scout should alleviate your movement problems... and its Scout.  I'd also ally Scouts in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(440);'>LSSs</span> for more Scout.  Damn near your entire army would redeploy.  <br /> <br /> I'd consider a couple of Stormtalons instead of some of your other Support.]]></description>

The Razorback route also means the unit is an entire dead end against some tougher, more elite armies as it can still function as a transport.<br /> ]]></description>

So double cost for Hit and Run and loses 1st Turn Stealth.  Its certainly not a one sided decision.  <br /> <br /> Scouts are for the allied detatchment as you aren't getting Scout without it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Yeah, good call on switching some to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(336);'>HF</span>. Maybe the landspeeders could switch to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span> or Typhoon.<br /> <br /> It's kind of a tossup for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(757);'>RG</span> or White Scar or Iron Hands. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(757);'>RG</span> and White Scars suggests a more aggressive style and opens up some options. Though the new Inquisitor book nerfs scout heavily.<br /> <br /> Shinigan's idea is also pretty interesting...<br /> <br /> For only 930 points you can get 8x 5-Man scout w/ combi-flamer in a Land Speeder Storm with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>. Add to it, like 6 regular land speeders and you have a pretty lulzy skimmer army that still has room for a Storm Raven with a beatstick <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> inside.]]></description>
