I would go with one of the Vallejo's US Dark Green.

The reason they look slightly dark green is because the painters do their own custom mixes. In the case of the Raven Guard models(Korvydae and the Veteran Upgrade kits at least), they started with Chaos Black and gradually added a mixture of Chaos Black and Charadon Granite(a grey color which had a hint of green/khaki to it).

Not true. The green scheme appeared in Codex Armageddon between the yellow/blue scheme in White Dwarf and the 'How to Paint Space Marines' book. Well, it would depend upon the paint range you want to use.
