				<description><![CDATA[ So I'm a brand new Space Wolves player who just got his hands on a rather large amount of amazingly painted models and is putting together my first list to play with based on what I now have.  I know that this list has MANY holes in it as i'm very restricted by what I have and my local area is fairly strict about <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(150);'>WYSIWYG</span> (only allowing a few proxies), but if all of you out there in Dakkaland could give a look see and pass off any corrections, errors, critiques, swaps or suggestions it would be most excellent. 				<description><![CDATA[ Re-read the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(225);'>WG</span> sections, you may only take an assault cannon per 5 units in the pack. so take one out for the 30 points.<br /> <br /> Terminators are Bulky and take up 2 slots in transports your 9 man pack would have to be an 8 man pack to accept <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(391);'>WGT</span> in its drop pod.<br /> <br /> Swap out the Heavy bolter <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(450);'>LF</span> and fill it with new Long fangs Las and Missiles.<br /> <br /> I would reccomend a Wolf Priest instead of a Rune Priest as the second <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> slot, you can do alot with a Wolf priest and a 10 man pack of hunters. <br /> <br /> Power swords are silly, no need for em based on point cost especially when rolling 10 man with a Mark of the Wulfen, nix that and add the points into Sagas for your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQs</span> or a Lone Wolf.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> You could always use more mobile armor, Rhinos, Land Raiders and Drop pods are the best! Land Raider with 6 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(391);'>WGT</span> and a Rune priest in termie armor is awesome!<br /> <br /> 1 Assault Cannon/Power fist<br /> 1 Arjac Rock fist<br /> 1Combi melta/power fist<br /> 1Combi melta/power fist<br /> 2 Wolf Claws<br /> 2 Wolf Claws<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(293);'>RP</span> with storm and runic weapon, pop them out, Jaws of the Wolf Lord after using Arjac's Foehammer then assault and mop up bystandars next turn with the Assault Cannon.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<title>My first Wolf list (1850)...need help</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Waagh - additional pods and/or rhinos are my next purchases so more will eventually be on the way.  My first army was/is Tau so I know the perils of foot slogging in the 6th edition from the other end of the barrel.    I will also see about freeing up the 50 or so points to mod the third long fang team to another missile/laz build.<br /> <br /> Kavik - I dont think I did a good job explaining it but none of my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(225);'>WG</span> are carrying assault cannons; two of the models have them but I'm proxhing them for the bolter and combi melta respectively.  I can't use both the cyclones and assaults so I had to choose one and proxy out the other.<br /> <br /> Good catch on the drop pod numbers for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(332);'>TDA</span> l will have to rework the drop pod team, as well as the insight into the uselessness of the power sword! <br /> <br /> I'll take a better look at the wolf priest and see what they bring!  As for the transports I'm already tracking and know that they should be my next purchases despite my wanting to get some thunderwolf Calvary in play soon.<br /> <br /> Thanks again for your input and assistance .]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Sorry, but a Rune Priest beats a Wolf Priest any day of the week. You exchange 4++, Fearless, and Preferred Enemy to one type of model for the best Psychic defense in the game, a Force Weapon of who's flavour you can pick (as opposed to an enforced Power Maul,) and most importantly Psychic buffs. This gives the squad rerolls to hit in range and combat, or a 4+ flat Invuln, or Overwatch at full <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>, or... You get the point. With the prevelance of Psykers, it's juat not worth giving up that 4+ bubble.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ thank you all for the feed back, suggestions and quality control.  Based on what you all suggested and what I currently have I've changed the list to what is below.  With my lack of fast attack and dedicated transport models adding the wolf priest in lieu of the second rune priest and conveying the ability to outflank a unit will be a huge help in mobility to my foot slogging army.
