List is viable, but there are quite a few lists that will be able to handle this quite well. You'll be frustrated against them, and you'll be nothing but frustrating to those who can't deal with you. I'm going with Westenfux on this one, don't be THAT guy and find something middle ground.

EDIT: Just a suggestion, try putting your army in you subject. It helps those with Eldar experience and those who don't care about Eldar find/ avoid what they might be looking for.

No it can't. The Eldar supplement is unique in that it can't ally to the parent dex. The list is kind of weak to be honest. WK are durable but they don't put out massive amounts of damage to infantry and are expensive tarpits.
