I had kind of earned the reputation as a painting snob around my FLGS because I'm really OCD with my own guys and used to offer up unwanted advice to people. Took a bit to learn that's not the right way to go about it, because people who's models you think look pretty good take it as it's not good enough, rather than taking it as tips to make it look even better. I actually have some contructive criticism if you want to hear it, but I mean they really are quite nice so it's only if you want to hear it.

Getting all that done in a month at that level is lightning speed compared to what I work at so I am legitimately impressed.

I cannot recommend enough whenever you do white to lay down a really light grey first. It looks to me like you're utilizing GW paints so they recommend Celestra Grey. It helps for a multitude of reasons. First and foremost, it makes whatever white you throw on top of it come out a little smoother. Secondly, it allows you to utilize proper shading. Rather than make, say, the trim of the Deathwing Knight cloaks a solid WHIIIIITE, you can keep the solid white part on the top, and have it be slightly darker with a hint of grey in the recesses of the hood where it bends.

I also noticed there are hints of unpainted recesses on some of your guys, which comes from fully assembling the whole kit before painting. I get why you'd do that as time is an issue, but it doesn't take that much longer to not attach backpacks and bolters to guys, instead throwing those on once the chests of the marines get painted or the little crevices in the upper parts of backpacks. I know the dark angels arms with the boltguns are already holding the weapons so sometimes leaving the whole arm off while you get the chest painted up is necessary.
