				<title>Battle seer</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So, i play a Biel-tan Army and use 1 autarch, and 1 Farseer. I normally have the farseer or the autarch on bike and the other with a squad of dragons(6) or Dire avengers(10).<br /> I was wondering how to beef up the farseer so he is an actual threat in melee, and What do you guys think/how would you home brew. 				<description><![CDATA[ Thats better, then make it 2 handed (other wise you will have a lot of scary attacks.) and then your character will be a good addition to a squad but wont wipe out entire units. <br /> <br /> I think its ok other than that. 				<description><![CDATA[ I tried it both on foot, and on jet bike, It just isn't enough <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span>/attacks, unless i get death mission, then it looses its support.<br /> <br /> And instead of making it 2 Handed, i just decreased his stat A to 1 so 3 on charge, 2 on receiving. Still damaging, can swing the fight  but not win it by himself<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Fluffwise, this only really makes sense as a sort of veteran Warlock - which is, I'll admit, something that I've always felt has been missing from the game. Farseers are not battle-psykers. Warlocks are. Why is there no commander version of the Warlock? Why is an Eldar civilian leading the warhost?! Of course, that would mean switching from the Farseer power list to the Warlock power list.<br /> <br /> You do need to rename the sword, since everything else is being sorted in a fair manner. <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> Simply put, the Young King only has one purpose: To become the Avatar. The Young King's sword <i>is</i> the Wailing Doom.<br /> <br /> Considering its stats, though, it might be best off to just give him a bonus power, a witchblade and a fusion gun.<br /> <br /> A bonus power along the lines of;<br /> <br /> <b>Might of Eldanesh:</b> The Warseer draws upon the destiny of ancient heroes and the legacy of their hate. This is a WC1 power that grants the Warseer the <i>Smash</i> rule until the start of the Eldar player's next turn.<br /> <br /> That way, you still have your 12" S8 AP1 melta (because you have a melta), and your AP2 melee attacks with potentially high strength (smash), without breaking too badly with the fluff.]]></description>

As was stated, no Eldar who walks the path of the Seer acts as a skilled combatant, and no Eldar who walks a warrior's Path would also walk the path of the Seer, without first putting away their current path. To do otherwise would be to walk the path of the Outcast ( but can still be in the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(808);'>CWE</span> codex, see: rangers).]]></description>

As for the divination instead of Biomancy, I thought it would be comple counter to fluff, t6 s 6 eldar? that are not wraith units.                                 As for why, very few walk the path of the seer, and while it is true that generally the paths aren't allowed to cross this is a "new path" in between autarch and seer.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well, Bel-Annath exists in a 6th edition-ish format from Forge World, he's got access to Pyromancy, Telepathy and Divination or he may gain Eldritch Storm, Mind War and Fortune (all three) and he's ML2 - so he's an oddball.<br /> Also, no other Farseer wants to play ball with him.<br /> <br /> I'd say if you're doing a souped up Warlock type seer then Pyromancy and Telepathy are the most logical go-tos for expansion. Sure, very few will actually play with Pyromancy, but Divination doesn't make sense for a combat-seer of Eldar inclination.]]></description>

Do not expect hero psychers, but rather expect large amounts of Warlocks and a stronger focus on Guardians.<br /> Here's some projections:<br /> Black Guardians which are better equipped Guardians.<br /> Seer Council which is a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> with more than one Farseer.<br /> Overabundance of Warlocks, I'd expect Warlocks in Aspect Warrior units, even!]]></description>
