Vect has huge power, and it isn't like the wych cults are somehow opposed to Vect or serving with any other Archon. They offer their services out, or join realspace raids to gain prestige and test their skills.

Nothing would prevent them from following orders or riding with Vect, of course that doesn't mean he will trust them either.
