So in my list, I have wyches in a Raider with Vect. Would wyches even listen to people who aren't succubi? Would they listen to Vect, and to a lesser extend an Archon?

Well I doubt they'd be the listening type... I however can imagine them raping you, then make you listen to their feelings...and their day!

But they'll "obey" the who-so-ever is leading the raid, just for the glory to kill and... well there's just that I think.

They're as loyal as any other Dark Eldar, so yes.

Vect has huge power, and it isn't like the wych cults are somehow opposed to Vect or serving with any other Archon. They offer their services out, or join realspace raids to gain prestige and test their skills.

Nothing would prevent them from following orders or riding with Vect, of course that doesn't mean he will trust them either. But if any Dark Eldar Archon trusted another, they wouldn't be Archon for very long.
