Murder Sword leaves a lot to be desired for the points cost. Plus on the bike he's T6 so more often than not you make it to Init 1 before he's dead.

I'd also switch the combi-melta's off the Rhino's and put them on the Plague Marine champions. The Rhino's are going to almost always be going at least 12" and Flat Out so in most cases you're not going to get off a decent shot. They're also the 1st things to die as they're an easy First Blood point. It'll be a lot more work to kill the PM Champ, and he'll have more chances to use it.

Since the Lord is Fearless, I don't think you need the VoTLW upgrades, which would save you some points. Also - since the Vindicator is firing Ordnance shots you'll only ever be able to snap shoot the combi-melta, so I'd ditch that. I cannot see why you are buying VotLW on the Lord and the bikes... Preferred Enemy (Space Marine)? I don't know if it's worth 12 points, considering that you already have 1/6 chance that your warlord trait will do that and that you are basically wasting points when fighting everything that is not SM...
