Well if you are looking at Warhammer fantasy you could probably get your hands on some tomb king skeleton shields pretty easily they have a similar look as to what you want I think. Swords can be found maybe from skaven clanrat sets possibly.

That's the best part, I don't need them to be uniform, nor all swords and shields.
