The only thing I would chnage is get rid of the Captain, for either a second librarian and put hurricane bolters on the Stormravens. Or add corbulo to roll with your assualt marines.

Friendly Fluffy Blood Angels List. Id change your libbys powers, id rate sanguine shield, sword of sanguinius, fear of darkness, blood rage and prescience all above the ones you have chosen.
I'd drop the captain for a 10 man scout squad with snipers and combat squad them to solve your scoring issues somewhat. Drop the thunderhammers down to powerfists (jp dc will get the sweep usually anyway), and with the 15 points spare get a combi melta and melta bombs for the sarge in your bike squad to make them proper tank hunters.
