IMHO. It is quite a fluffy list that shouldn't make me any friends. Thoughts?

What are you trying to achieve with the list?

An all round MC, Flyer, Tank and Infantry killer. I think its okay. What's wrong with it?

Apart from it being low on troops its an OK list. You'll gave trouble against most other Standard TAC net lists but that's part and parcel with playing Blood Angels these days.

The only thing I would chnage is get rid of the Captain, for either a second librarian and put hurricane bolters on the Stormravens. Or add corbulo to roll with your assualt marines.

If you are wanting to stick with a Terminator armoured character id personally go for a librarian for the all round buffs or a Reclusiarxh for the assualt buffs.

Id change your libbys powers, id rate sanguine shield, sword of sanguinius, fear of darkness, blood rage and prescience all above the ones you have chosen.
I'd drop the captain for a 10 man scout squad with snipers and combat squad them to solve your scoring issues somewhat. Drop the thunderhammers down to powerfists (jp dc will get the sweep usually anyway), and with the 15 points spare get a combi melta and melta bombs for the sarge in your bike squad to make them proper tank hunters.
Still friendly and fluffy but just with a bit more ompf and scoring.
