I think it literally impossible to get a better list than 30 DC and either a reclusiarch or librarian with shield of sanguinius and blood rage. There is nothing in the game that could even remotely stand up to it with those restrictions. Give them bolters just in case he tries to be funny and take 10 jetbikes thinking you cant catch him.

The only thing I can think of that could really go toe to toe with that many Death Company and a Chaplain involves Grey Knight Terminators and a Grand Master... because they come pre-loaded with power weapons, psychic powers, and difficulty expressing their feelings verbally.

But yeah... there's a very short list of "ideal" units in this scenario...
