The lord is really for the flamers and anti-armor with the brightlance. I know the wraithseer is a Forgeworld model but it fits the theme nicely. I will run him with my scythes and use his psyker power to keep giving theme feel no pain. or fleet if need be. I may also put my seer with the scythes just to keep him outta the way. And he can use the wraithforge stone to heal the Wraithseer if need be.
1750 Iyanden Fluff List

Although very fluffy, your list is by no means weak and quite competitive.

Spiritseers are absolutely bosses in this book, and go good with all types of wraithguard. With the scythes, you have a potential battle focus before flaming, or a psychic shriek to add to the scythes. With the cannon guard, your spirit mark means they re roll 1's to hit, and can also benefit from psychic shriek or voice of twilight. Since you are taking the wraithforge stone, you can't take the spirit stone which would allow you to cast voice of twilight AND another power, but that is ok.

I would personally put the seer with a wraithcannon team, rolling once on runes of battle to see if you can get protect/jinx, defaulting to voice of twilight. Then roll on telepathy, where all the powers are good.

Remember, you can give your wraithseer or knight feel no pain if needed. Since your guard will be safe in the serpents t1-2 hand out FNP as needed to your bigger constructs.

The wraithlord should have either double bright lances, or double scatter lasers. Twin linking the lance has less potential than 2 lance shots, and mixes roles of the weapons. I would take 2 lances for early game armor cracking, using the flamers for horde control.

The wraithknight only needs 1 scatter laser to twin link the suncannon. Drop the other one for some extra points. I suggest the spear of tehulas on your spiritseer(replace his pistol, as it has a better profile and keeps the soul blaze weapon...both are 1 handed so you can swing away) and then a ghostwalk matrix on the scytheguard serpent.

As far as your question, another serpent full of guard and 2 prisms are good, as they are mech saturation. However, the knight and lord fit the theme, and T8 is effectively Av12, so your still saturating the board with giant monsters. The knight and lord can fight in CC, and tank wounds. Prisms have a gun for every job, but are capable of being dropped in a single shot, stunned, etc. No help in cc either

You're right i should use my wraithseer to make my Knight even more scary with FNP and use my seer to buff my other units. I will defiantly swap out the weapons on the lord for the two lances. And how doesn it make the suncannon twinlinked if i only take 1 scatter laser. Like iv'e mentioned before im still pretty new to the Eldar so i may be missing something.

The scatter laser fires, and so long as you hit once, all other weapons are twin linked. It is debated, but generally accepted that scatter lasers can't twin link themselves. Since a monsteous creature can only shoot 2 weapons, you shoot the scatter laser and suncannon, hoping you twin link the suncannon in case you scatter off. Now, there is the possibility you will miss all 4 scatter laser shots, but usually you will get at least 1 hit.

Remember the spirit mark of the spiritseer is a passive ability, and it boosts all your wraiths in shooting and combat. Throw out FNP where it is needed, the wraithlord is a bit weak with only 3 wounds and no invul save like the other big nasties, so he could be an early game target...really just stay flexible on your powers and targets.

so is that just scatter lasers from the same unit? or could i have my Serpents scatterlaser a target and then use that to twin link my other shots such as from the scythes or wraithcannons or the knights and lords shots?
