The sniper scouts and sergeant telion will be next to the quad gun to make use of telions precision fire and BS6. The inquisitor will sit back and use his servo skulls to either defend against deep strikers or used as targeting for the enemies deployment. The veterans will pile into the vendettas and will be used to take out <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> while the vendettas shoot at fliers and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> on ground. The knight errant will be used to rush the enemy lines and take out whatever the biggest threat is with its large melta blast and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> D weapon.<br /> <br /> So, what do you guys think?<br /> <br /> Edit: Sergeant Telion can also use his precision fire to take out melta models near the knight.]]></description>

If I end up buying more than just a few models from the codex I always just buy the codex.<br /> <br /> I like the imperium armies and their lore, so I enjoy playing with them.]]></description>

Being able to snipe out the odd heavy weapon a turn, maybe is not worth 180+ points. 				<description><![CDATA[ You may be right Ryan, I think the rule twin linked for templates allows you to re-roll any results you are not happy with but presence doesn't allow you to re-roll scatter just like it doesn't allow you to re-roll failed to wounds with flamer/template weapons. I would have to double check the rules.]]></description>

Check the templates sections and or the Twin Linked section and it may outline it there. If there is a rule that states you get to re-roll misses with blast weapons then presence will work. If the rule is under the Twin Linked section then it wouldn't.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ A hit on the scatter die is a hit. An arrow is a miss. So, if you roll an arrow, you may choose to re-roll the scatter die and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(1);'>2d6</span>. You don't <b>have </b>to re-roll though, in the case that you like where the miss accidentally ended up.<br /> <br /> So unlike ordinary multiple barrage (which is really, really ineffective most of the time), twin-linked multiple barrage is very effective because you can choose whether or not to re-roll every single blast within the multiple barrage.]]></description>

I mean, I am spending 184pts to get precision fire on my quad gun, 5 2+ cover save snipers, and a librarian. I just dont know if all that points for the precision fire on the quad gun is worth it, yes it would help my Knight survive by taking out melta and take out anything else I need, but I have not really had any experience with precision fire. The cover save is nice, and 1 out of the 4 sniper shots is likely to also be a precision shot, but thats a lot of points. I don't know what to do with the librarian though, maybe try to roll on the telekinesis table and try to get telekine dome, vortex of doom, crush, or oburation and use whatever I get.
