There is one problem with this list. It is illegal. The tyrants (and anything that is part of the skyblight formation) do not count towards the FoC. Therefore, you have no HQ to be your warlord. Also, those warriors with wings are called shrikes, and they are fast attacks not troops. Therefore you also have no troops in your list.
