Subject: Tyranid Flyrant list tips

So im putting together a new Tyranid army and here is what ive come up with so far. Its not ment to be too competitive and more for fluff
I understand it doesn't follow the FOC but that doesn't matter where i play at. Could you give me your opinions on it please, its following a fast attack flying theme as you can see haha.
HQ
Hive Tyrant, Wings, TL Devourer with worms (x2)

There is one problem with this list. It is illegal. The tyrants (and anything that is part of the skyblight formation) do not count towards the FoC. Therefore, you have no HQ to be your warlord. Also, those warriors with wings are called shrikes, and they are fast attacks not troops. Therefore you also have no troops in your list. So you should rework your list to include an HQ and 2 troops. Then you can probably get more advice on the list.
