So, Khaine goes from a (presumably) honorable warrior-dude, who is a "shard" of Khorne, to a psycho murder monkey after he gets impregnated with C'tan shrapnel. Gork and Mork are two separate entities made by the reflections in the Warp of the collective psyche of the Orks, in much the same way as the psyche of the Humans (and others) feed/ created Chaos and the Eldar psyche (used to) feed/ create their Pantheon... then Slaanesh.

As for the Eldar gods being able to walk among them, I think there have been various rumors that their gods might have been all that is/ was left of the Old Ones. However, I don't trust that piece of fluff, as I've never found anything concrete on it. I would simply would point to my first paragraph. There are a lot of Warp Entities that share overlapping fields of expertise. The four most powerful are known as the Chaos Gods, but they are not the only Entities in the Warp.
