				<description><![CDATA[ KISS (should note we play at 2.5k points)<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> max (on the board at any time) 15<br /> Battle forged <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FoC</span> 3 detachment max, 1 primary, 2 other (can ally within codex only with permission in rules)<br /> No CtA allies, except Nids can bring Ork, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>IG</span>, Tau, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(27);'>DE</span>, Eldar (genestealer cult)<br /> No invulns boosted past 3+, 2+ saves reroll at 4+<br /> Max 1 Lord of War, need swap out units if super-heavy<br /> If playing 30k force, just 1 detachment allowed<br /> Malefic powers are one use only<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Why the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> max?<br /> <br /> Invuls at 2+ is generally ok, like the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(305);'>GK</span> stave. Especially if a re-roll is 4+.<br /> <br /> It's only the conjuration in Malefic powers that throw things out of wack. Maybe the conjurations are one use max, but there's not a max for Tyranid mothers.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Do you mean more of max warp charges is 15+<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> then?<br /> <br /> It hurts other powers though. Where you could field an army where they're only shooting is psychic, it limits that too.<br /> <br /> To solve the factory issue, I came up with the idea that psychic powers that require 3+ warp charges can only be generated and used by ML3+ psykers.<br /> <br /> I don't believe that will break anything else. Still allows mass summonings of heralds, but taking the wound balances that I believe.<br /> <br /> It also doesn't restrict other powers/uses.]]></description>
