The Scout Special Rule has a section detailing what happens if the Unit is inside a Transport. This section starts with the words, If a unit with this special rule is deployed inside a Dedicated Transport, indicating that this section is only applicable to Dedicated Transports and it is within this section that Permission to Re-deploy a Transport is found. Therefore Vehicles which lack the Dedicated Transport Rule are unable to make use of Scout Re-deployment unless they have the Rule themselves. Not sure i get it?
Vendettas can be Dedicated Transports for Inquisition codex Warbands.
But the rules for DT say that the unit that "bought" the DT is the only one allowed to deploy inside.
