				<description><![CDATA[ Have an 1850 tournament coming up and wanted to run a list by dakkadakka.<br /> <br /> Librarian <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(347);'>lvl</span> 3 w/ stormbolter<br /> <br /> 10x terminators 2 hammer, 2 psycannons, 2 swords, 6 halberds.<br /> 5x terminators 1 hammer 1 psycannon 1 sword 2 halberds<br /> <br /> 5x purifiers 2x psycannon rhino<br /> 5x purifiers 2x psycannon rhino<br /> <br /> 10x interceptors 4x falcions, 1 hammer, 2 incinerators, 3 swords<br /> <br /> dreadknight incinerator, heavy psycannon, sword, teleporter <br /> dreadknight incinerator, heavy psycannon, sword, teleporter <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

I agree with you that the libby is awesome with 4 sanctic powers (possibly 5 with the warlord trait).  <br /> <br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Looks like a very solid list.  Almost looks exactly like what I want to run!  Let me know how this turns out!  If you could though, I would take that relic on the lib for the extra roll.  Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!  <br /> <br /> I do however notice you lack of flyer support or any way to deal with them.  I suppose you are just going to ignore them or hope a few snap shots make it through?  That would be my only concern.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I like the list as well.  However, I don't think you'll get your mileage out of Psycannons on the Purifiers.  The purifiers are going to want to get close to the enemy to get Cleansing Flame off.  I'd drop the cannons and add either an Incinerator or leave out the heavy weapons entirely, add a hammer or just more bodies, or upgrade their weapons to Halberds.  I think purifiers are going to be great at running up, casting Cleansing Flame, shooting a bit (though for minimal damage), and then assaulting.  They are a great assault unit, and I'd use them as such.<br /> <br /> I'd also agree with getting the LIbby the Liber Daemonica if  you can get it in there; it's a great piece of wargear.]]></description>

However, I'd advise you to take a full 10 man Purifier unit in a Rhino, combat squad them at the start so that the 4 Psilencers are in one squad, and park the Psilencer unit so they don't have to snapshot.  Then take the other 5 man unit and go for the assault.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ So i ran the list at the tournament today.   3-0 for 2nd place (got out scored by a demon list i did not get the pleasure to play).<br /> <br /> round 1 was ultramarines w/ space wolves allies.  This was a blood bath with all this AP2 guns.  but, I managed to keep him shoved off of enough objectives... go go power dreadknight.  purifiers and rhinos died before they got to do anything.<br /> <br /> game 2 was a necron list. with 2 monoliths and immorals with some barges.  deep strike and shunts landed him in close combat with most of his stuff turn 2.  purifiers got 1 nova off killing 3 guys that all stood back up and never got to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> before my other stuff got there.  tabled him turn 4 and purifiers ended up just holding objectives.  dreadknights were the stars of this match too destroying both monoliths and slaying his warlord.... and his deathmarks... and... omg they are so good.<br /> <br /> game 3 was against a tau gunline of 3 riptides and 9 broadsides a commander and fill the rest with fire warriors and path finders.  My entire army was 1'' away from his army after turn 1 with a few terminators dead.  he charged my dreadknights with his riptides thinking to try to hold him up a turn.  won combat and they jumped off the board while my command terminators and the other dreadknight mopped up other broadsides.  end of turn 2 he had 3 broadsides and a riptide left and decided to call it.  purifiers sat on objectives in the back not doing anything. <br /> <br /> I'd say the army did pretty good for itself today.  <br /> <br /> my purifiers are not meshing with this army and are expensive objective holders.  I really want to use them but if I am looking for objective holders in the back, i can do that with something else and still provide something to the fight. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I love that idea if I could take Draigo.  Tournys around here play no Lords of war. So since I cannot bring the supreme grand master with his innate ability to push himself through the warp I cannot guarantee that they will not have to foot slog.  2 of the 3 games yesterday my librarian didnt know <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(427);'>GoI</span> and then they would have been running all game.  oh they did that anyway...<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span>]]></description>

Still keeping the purifiers in the list for those pesky horde armies<br /> <br /> Played against an astra militarum armor list  recently and the guy running the list is widely regarded as the best player in our region. So many Leman russ and chimera<br /> <br /> Although I could not hard defeat this army I did hold it in his deployment zone until turn 4 while I had interceptors and rhinos zooming around grabbing those tactical objectives.  <br /> <br /> I did lose most of my army, but had free reign over the rest of the board. For 4 turns.  <br /> <br /> It was still a close game. <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would keep the psycannons on the purifiers. I have found running them up the field in rhinos is a valid and effective tactic. also cleansing flame is pretty good on anti air defense as the nova power hits fliers as well. Another option, if you are set on dropping the pyscannons would be to add a 70 point aegis defense line with a comms relay to help on those turn 1 deep strike rolls. I would shave the extra 10 points off by taking the hammer out of the interceptor squad, or taking the storm bolter off the libby and the staff out of the interceptors.]]></description>
