As are those models. But I don't think they really look like the Brotherhood of Steel. They miss the huge pauldrons and their helmet has a smaller snout. Um, the T-45d isn't fully enclosing. You're thinking that other fallout armor, the T-51b.

The paldrons are actually similar to the T-51bs paldrons, thouhg not 'double stacked'.

It's not an exact duplicate, but by far close enough to meet GW's own criteria per what constitutes IP infringement.
