Anyone else notice these guys are just a pipboy shy of being the BoS? Their lasrifles even look like the plasma-rifle from Fallout 3...

yay! Fallout is awesome!
As are those models. But I don't think they really look like the Brotherhood of Steel. They miss the huge pauldrons and their helmet has a smaller snout. Their armour is also not fully enclosing like the Brotherhood's power armour.

Um, the T-45d isn't fully enclosing. You're thinking that other fallout armor, the T-51b.

The paldrons are actually similar to the T-51bs paldrons, thouhg not 'double stacked'.

It's not an exact duplicate, but by far close enough to meet GW's own criteria per what constitutes IP infringement.

There are some similarities, most notable the way the hoses on each side of the helmet are set up, but I wouldn't call them a copy. Of course, were the situation reversed I'd agree Baron that close enough GW would likely issue a C&D.
