I believe I have about 60 pts leftover. But if I replace the SS with another group of terminators that are identical to the ones I just listed, I will be 500 pts exactly.

Yeah the manager at my local GWS flat out told me that if I run anything cheesy, especially with Grey Knights, in a 500 pts list, no one will want to play with me. Now terminators are mean, but not Dreadknight or Storm Raven mean. So I'll be using the third list you suggested. Amusingly, that list has a 1 in 9 chance of losing first turn due to failing to deep strike on turn 1 with both units. Anyone can start with all their units in reserve if they wish. The problem is that at the end of any GAME turn (after both players get a turn), if you have no units on the board then you automatically lose. So most armies would lose the game if they start with everything in reserves because they don't have a way to arrive on turn 1. Which might be putting an imperial bunker up, and setting a heavy weapons squad in it with 4 rocket launchers.
