Funniest thing is 2 out of 6 listed sources from that post list marines as 8ft.
But yeah, most art paints marines as more than 8 feet tall in armor.
Back to the actual question now sweethearts.

I would tell you to use SoB stats. I know the two organisations aren't related in any way, but they do have the same niche in the Imperium war machine. 6 1/2 is probably the size of a lot if not most of SoB and 200 lbs is a healthy average weigh for someone of that size. Less then that and that person would be very skinny.

The strength and toughness system of Warhammer 40K is very strict and invariable between races in the setting. The Initiative stats is the only purely «physical stat» that changes from heroes to grunts (a basic space marine has 4 but a hero 5, a guardsmen has 3 but a tempestor prime has 4, etc.). So strength and toughness 3 represent a wide variety of actual strength and toughness from a rather average build humen with no physical training to a insanely trained Scion and SoB. Plus, we don't know for sure if these two don't have light body modification like enhanced muscle or that kind of thing. We know many assassins, bodyguard and bounty hunters and others have enhance their bodie (of course these enhancement pale in comparison to the Space Marines), but we don't know if it's the case for their best purely humen soldiers.

Do you mean normal women? Because the Sisters of Silence have nothing to do with the Sisters of Battle, that were founded millenias later. And we have precious few information on how big is the average Sister of Battle. Maybe a further +1 on Deny the Witch rolls if the Squad has 7+ members in it? Sort of a "Sisterhood of Blanks" kind of a deal (like Brotherhood of Psykers, but the opposite)?

I think one of the reasons for different answers to how tall is a marine is in or out of armor. Not even a little bit.

The Sisters of Silence are/were recruited by the AAT in the same way that Psykers are recruited.

They have a wide range of heights and builds as a result, although all will have been trained to the peaks of physical capability.

The strongest natural human in the galaxy is S4 (Harker). The toughest unaugmented humans in the game are T3.

It's highly unlikely that the mutation that allows for psychic blankness is going to take well to augmentation.

SoS weren't augmented, of course, I just don't see any compelling reason to assume that they were, at present.

Anyway, I think that the SoB would be a solid basis for SoS stats. While they are unrelated organisations, they're both elite soldiers who use similar equipment. The main thing I think you'd need to do is swap out faith abilities for anti-psychic abilities. Maybe a few other tweaks depending on exactly what sort of role you'd see them playing in an army.

Also, aren't FW meant to be making SoSs, at some point?
