				<description><![CDATA[ As far as the Herald goes I would rather have him overcosted then undercosted. His special rule basically grants drop pod assault to your ENTIRE ARMY because everything in the codex will have the Aid Unlooked For special rule. Not sure how to price it honestly, but I'm open to suggestions.( I'm also toying with the idea of having all <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> units in the codex have the rule by default and for every extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> with the rule you could get a +1 to reserves or something.)<br /> <br /> Damned Librarian: Will amend to read "has access to pyromancy, santic, maelific, and divination fields"<br /> <br /> Yes the assault cannon is not twin-linked my bad. Those who gaze into the obsidian lenses, however briefly, are filled with nightmares of fire and spectral terrors. In extreme circumstances the Venator can amplify its effect, shredding the minds of all those in the vicinity.</i><br /> <br /> The bearer of the Animus Venator has the Fear and Hatred special rules. Another thing I would add to it though is that it can't affect vehicles. Just for clarification.<br />  </font><br /> 2. Being warp beings themselves wouldn't a pariah hood be lethal to them? Armywide 3+ invul saves and ignores cover<br /> 2. Troops that are expensive as gak that can purchase cool relics if they want.<br /> 3. An assault unit that attacks planes!<br /> 4. The entire army has to start in reserves and half comes in t1 drop pod assault style.<br /> 5. Some cool <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> and elite units that reflect the fact that they are all fallen heroes lost to time.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well Legion of the Damned are supposed to be the ghosts of the Fire Hawks chapter that was lost to the warp and now show up mysteriously when the imperium needs them most. The inquisition keep trying to track them down for questioning but they dissapear as soon as the mission is over. The eldar don't like them and consider them the same as daemons.]]></description>
