I've had a deep interest in Warhammer FB and 40K for a few years now, but mostly limited it to the fluff and novels. Painted a few minis here and there but didn't really have any overarching ambition to it, but I'm trying to change that. I've been getting back into model painting lately and decided to start with a few Nobz which is slowly becoming a proper WAAAGH! I'd love to play a proper tabletop game some day but no one in my area is interested, or at least as eager to pour hundreds of dollars into plastic miniatures as I am.

So! Here I am. More interested in modeling/painting/collecting than playing anything, but eager to learn nonetheless. Also looking to broaden my interests with other properties like Warmachine, Malifaux, or Hordes. I was the same mate, just find a local group and then get them to slow time teach you when ready. I have made so many new friends, I have three social groups now!
