The Saudis haven't officially been invading countries but they are the leading exporter and financer of wahabbisim all over the world. That hasn't really produced much in the way of positives but it has caused plenty of unrest and deaths.

Russia did not attack Ukraine, it merely supports one side in a Ukrainian civil war. Neither was it Russia who started the coup in Ukraine that led to this civil war. Russia reacts to protect itself against Western encroachement on its historical heartlands.
Georgia was only invaded after the Georgian army attacked and murdered Russian citizens during its invasion of Ossetia and Abkhazia, therefore forcing Russia to intervene and protect its people. The Chechnyans are terrorists who deliberately target and murder civilians, in much the same way as any other islamic terrorist group. In Syria, Russia has responded to a request for aid from the legitimate Syrian government.
In all of these cases, Russia was not the one to commence hostillities, and therefore is not agressor.
