I have a spare techmarine so i'll be converting one into an Iron priest. But for a standard Box of 3, i was thinking along the lines of either

1 TH/SS + 2 SS and Chainsword
1 TH/SS + 1 Frost axe/SS + 1 SS/chainsword

PF/Bolt Pistol
SS/CCW
BP/CCW

Four, I add a WC/SS for the pack leader.

If I had to make 6, I'd do:

Points.

The extra gear doesn't make them that much more effective. Especially since you're going to take some casualties before combat and you need some chumps to push wounds off on to.

Lately I have been running 4 with nothing at all, they pack a serious punch and are super speedy to punk troops off objectives.
