I believe they are Turbo Laser Destructors, but don't look exactly what they are suppose to look like, my guess is that's Relic creativey liberty on the ascetics of the weapon, which I personally think suit 40k with their articulated firing. Speaking of which, when fired, they shoot power fiery orange laser means, a single volley enough to strip 3/4 of the heath off of a Necron Monolith.

So what does everyone think? While not explicitly the same weapon, the Titan Cannon from Dark Crusade (which shares the same model) was explicitly called a Hellstorm Cannon I think, but it still fired a beam rather than shells.
