There is no such rule regarding this.

When running Unbound, only non-Formation Detachments are affected by loosing Command Benefits, but Formations do not use Command Benefits (yet).

The Decurion (and equivalents, Gladius, Lions Blade, etc.) use Command Benefits to give their bonuses, which are lost if an army is Unbound. However, Formation Special Rules are kept in an Unbound army, including Formations that are part of a Decurion-like Detachment.

So if you took a Decurion, and then something outside of any detachment, you would lose "Ever-Living", but the Reclamation Legion would keep the MTC, Relentless and "Enhanced Reanimation Protocols" special rules. Formations can be detachments on their own. So you could have a Decurion Detachment and a non-Necron formation all in a battle-forged army.
