1. Is it worth take a veteran squad and/or command squad with the Lion's Blade formation?

2. Is it worth taking the Ravenwing Silence Squadron?

3. If I do not run a full battle company can I run a Imperial Knight (have one already)?

4. Can I run a Fire Raptor or a Storm eagle (this would be run in a CAD instead of Lion's Blade) and is it worth it?

2. not really, you can go with cheap scouts and add some flavour of other codexes or you can go for the ravenwing formation

3. you can make a min maxed dark angels lions blade with free transports and then go cheap scouts and i think you can get a crusader knight

4. it seems like you catering away the lions blade. you want a fire raptor and storm eagle + knight+ silence. those are all very expensive, i think that you have to choose one (i would go with the knight)

I would not say both fire raptor and storm eagle just one or the other and not with a knight too. Like you said that would be to expensive. Yes it would take a way from the Lion's Blade but I would just then go with a CAD instead.
