When Eldrad and a procession of Eldar meet with the Emperor's Children they bring out meats, cheeses and fruits - many of which are exotic but recognisable to humanity. So Eldar eat food that is very similar to humans, though much more flavourful.

I guess we can assume the Dark Eldar are somewhat the same, though probably with a few more interesting ingredients added.

Im finishing up the fulgrim book and the way the battleship "bar" for a lack of a better term, sounds like any other bar would. People act and do just like the do now. The space marines and the Army itself, seems more in tune with the Holy crusaders do no sin, kinda guys. So i would imagine there is a 40k version of Mc Ds out there. Idk Squiqer king?

Though as I recall the stuff called amasec is generally "better" than what normal citizens would be able to afford, kind of like how I could buy a bottle of really expensive cognac if I wanted to but might prefer to spend that money on my monthly living expenses instead.
