Horus with the gods cheering him on took out Sanguinius pretty easily then basically killed the Emperor.

Fulgrim is the only other Primarch to kill a Primarch, and he has done it twice.

Horus blessed by the Chaos gods was just overwhelmingly powerful and no other primarch would have stood a chance.

Now picking between Angron and Sanguinis is a bit harder, but I would give it to Sangy.
