				<description><![CDATA[ To be pedantic: there's no such thing as a "cover save" anymore. The general rule that pertains is "units gain no benefit from cover in the Fight phase" - relevantly, not the Charge phase, so if you're in cover and charging, you do gain that benefit against Overwatch.]]></description>

Otherwise, wouldn't a 1 be a 0, which isn't covered by the misfire rule, and misfire would only be on a roll of 2 being brought down to a 1?<br /> Otherwise, are we also assuming that "may reroll 1s" will make us able to reroll both 1s and 2s against this unit?]]></description>

The biggest mistake <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> has been doing is their constant reshuffling in editions instead of putting out one solid system and then tuning that. Hopefully that's what is happening here.<br /> <br /> We're happy that they started doing some playtesting, but let's be completely honest; it hasn't been nearly enough. Playtesting should be done by hundreds if not thousands of people. Not the 5 biggest <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(421);'>TOs</span> or whatever it was they got a hold of here. The playtesting was far from perfect, but it was a solid step in the right direction, and these snide comments are getting so ridiculously old when they're spammed in every single thread like it's something fresh and funny. Let's all recognise that it's moving in the right direction and save the constant whining for when they decide to do a 180 and go back to the old system of literally picking rules out of vomit bags.]]></description>
