				<title>How do I take down a StormTalon??</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Storm Talons seem excellent - how do you kill them though?<br /> <br /> They have a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> of 3+, however it says it gets a +1 on hits at ground forces = 2+ to hit on ground forces? Is this right?<br /> <br /> Plus it has a +1 hard to hit when shooting at it. It seems like one of the best units I've come across.<br /> <br /> I have a Chaos Space Marine Army which has Forgefiends, Helldrakes, 2 Havoc Squads all with Lascannons - what is best for taking this down?? Has anyone come up against these in the 8th edition?<br /> <br /> My best shot is my Heldrake charging it... help, scared!]]></description>

				<title>How do I take down a StormTalon??</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ The -1 To Hit isn't as bad as you might think - Havocs will still hit the thing 50% of the time, and a good round of Lascannons could bring it down easily. Also, most of its guns are 24" - 36", whereas Lascannons easily outrange it. Put the Havocs in cover or the back of the board and fire away - it should be gone in 1-2 turns.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Talons have the +1 to hit ground targets, but their weapons are all Heavy so when they move they're at - 1, so it just cancels each other out. <br /> <br /> Sky hammer missiles become a mess as they are +2 to hit on units with FLY which with the - 1 to hit, would have then hitting on 2s. But in Ground targets it's - 1 plus - 1 for moving, plus +1 for a ground target so... 4s?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ It does have heavy weapons right? <br /> Unless i am mistaken, if it moves in gains -1 for firing heavy weapons. Then it hits at 3+ the ground targets, not at 2+<br /> It does not have the power of the machine spirit rule]]></description>

Massed volume S5 will help kill anything/everything by sheer weight of fire. It is to vehicles what lasgun blobs were to hammernators: something that seems harmless individually but will drown the target en mass.]]></description>
