				<title>Question about assault based armies</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I am building a Black Templars army. Would it be more effective with;<br /> <br /> - a combination of assault based units and heavy support units (preds and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span>)? Im thinking the heavy support could thin out the threats while the crusader and assault units move in. <br /> <br /> Or<br /> <br /> - all assault based, some geared towards anti infantry and some geared towarda anti vehicle? Move at max speed and look to tie up everyhing in assault at the same time. <br /> <br /> I've never run an assault army and I am looking to change things up from my normal shooting based list. And it will be a good change to go from the blue shooty guys to the black assaulty guys <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Depends on your statline and the quality of your shooting units.<br /> <br /> For Marines, you always benefit from bringing a combination of shooting and assault units, because Marines have a statline and equipment list that allows them to both shoot and assault well.]]></description>

				<title>Question about assault based armies</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Brother, you need a bit of everything and keep your choppy Crusaders in transports.<br /> Take lots of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> and some strong anti &lt;fly&gt; or you'll struggle to keep up with fast moving skimmers and such.<br /> A brief list I'm running:<br /> -2 Rhinos with 2 S.Bolters carrying 9 Crusaders with 2 Axes each and Chaplain.<br /> -<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(261);'>LRC</span> with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(330);'>MM</span>, Helbrecht and Techmarine, 2x7 man Crusader sq with 2 Power Swords (at S5) and Meltas.<br /> -Predator with Lascannon and Autocannon (so good...) with Ven Dread babysitting it with Twin Las and Fist (use stratagem to reroll 1s for both)<br /> -Interceptor<br /> -Vanguard Vets with Hammers<br /> <br /> The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> it's spread out and any unit can take down tough units, pretty much everything it's moving up with relevant buffs like reroll any failed to hit for the whole <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(261);'>LRC</span> blob and +1S, Reroll failed to hit (Combat) with the Axes.<br /> If you want more sit back <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> you'll need rerolls from a Captain or Leutenant plus a shielding unit against charges. ]]></description>
