The bits from my own DG have come from sources too numerous to name as they've been sourced from my bits box from years of collecting. Bubotic axes from Orks, Black Orcs, Wraiths (for scythe shaped ones) and even simply carved from plasticard.

Blight Launchers can easily be cobbled together from other bits. The Cadian Grenade Launcher is a good starting point. AoS Orruk stuff works well. Savage Orruk Axes, Ironjawz weapons. They have that jagged silhouette that looks like it belongs with Nurgle. You can also scavenge from those other Chaos Marines...what were their names. Often have termie flairs? That kit is a veritable treasure trove of Nurgley bits for conversions and kit bashing.
