I should mention this is resin, so I don't want to use nail polish remover as I've heard horror stories about it messing with resin. I read about soaking in warm water, but I tried that and I have a feeling it only works for removing glue from the side you can see.

Would heating it carefully with a hair dryer and then trying to get a knife blade in to gently pry it loose work? Or am I basically gonna have to suck it up and glue this arm together

The hole next to the magnet to pry from works from my own experience.
The freezing trick I learned the hard way: do not let mixed metal/plastic miniatures get below freezing (say in the car in winter).
