None in the box, but the good thing about the Catachan set is that its arms are perfectly compatable with marine special weapons, so much so their flamer is straight from the old tactical box. So you can just use marine meltas, either from Ebay, a friendly local marine player or GW, which sells them in sets of 5. GW specific? Command squad or buy the 5 packs from gw. Alternatively, make friends with marines and sisters players, those who played a while will have spares.
