So you'd expect one entry for Tervigon to be in the HQ section and one entry for Tyranofex to be in the Heavy Support section.

Most likely it's whoever uploaded the entries to the webstore didn't bother to really read the codex and just assumed it was a Heavy Support.

Exactly. It's probably just a temporary mistake (although the multi-build explanation is equally valid). IDK if it's still like this, but at one point earlier in 2020, you couldn't find the entry for the Tsons Exalted Sorcerers kit unless you specifically put the exact right combination of words into the search bar. They did not come up as an option under Tsons, nor any of the other CSM armies.
