Nope! Everything on my conversions (outside of the plastic stock used for the supressor) is all GW. The hands are off of the GKT sprues. |

Constantly, though I don't think it is a super big deal. Mainly because I have ruined to many hands trying to cut off an extra finger. Call it artistic license. |

The foot is from Scribor Miniatures basing kits, I like to use his stuff because it adds a nice flair. Something smooth and natural as opposed the very geometric crisis suit.
I have a ton of back story fluff I have been putting together to explain the design. Main idea is that they are in fact humans who have "gone native" and joined the Tau. I like to think of them as pirates and blackOps. A unit that a Tau general might use to raid and disrupt communications due to their knowledge of Imperial Guard regulations and Standard Operating Procedures. It is supremely nerdy so I won't go into detail, it is just something I use to explain my conversion and paint scheme (pictures of which will come soon). |
