Image Description:
The base for my knight. This was a total blast. First all of the base was laser cut out of acrylic with the texture cut in. Then I went in with a dremel to add some craters. Then the addition of the casualty, wall, flocking, paper leaflet, and then finally fun with paint.
I really tried to let loose on this base to make it look as realistic as possible.
While I like it, the biggest thing I take away from this experiment is that GW's Blood Effects paint (can't remember the name at the moment), is amazing!!!! It looks so much like blood it is almost creepy. |
