this is a staff topper for a techpreist costume I was thinking of making
The skull is a dollar store prop the horns and the mount are made with 4 dollar store sickles, using cheap sai blades for the spikes. I used pva foam and coaxial cable to flesh out parts of it and the mechanical eye is made from parts of a squeeze bottle.
I based the mount on images I've seen of librarians psychic hoods |
