Eldrad Ulthran is an Eldar Special Character HQ model in the 4th Edition Eldar Codex for Warhammer 40,000.
Background and Description

Eldrad Ulthran
Eldrad was the most powerful of the Farseers of Craftworld Ulthwé. He sacrificed himself against Abaddon by fighting a weapon ship's psychic matrix with his spirit. His corporeal form disappeared as did the light from many of his Waystones.

Special Rules and Wargear
- Independent Character
- Divination: Eldar player may reposition some units at the start of the game, but not outside of their deployment zones.
- Ghosthelm: Grants a save against Perils of the Warp
- Psychic Powers: the same powers as a Farseer, except Eldrad has ALL of them.
- Doom: Re-roll to wound rolls on a target non-vehicle unit
- Eldritch Storm: Large blast attack
- Fortune: Friendly unit re-rolls failed saves
- Guide: Re-roll to hit
- Mind War: Leadership roll off with a character. Enemy character gains wounds based on difference.
- Rune Armour: Grants an invulnerable Save that is better than the one that a Farseer receives.
- Runes of warding: Increases chance of enemy rolling Perils of the Warp
- Runes of witnessing: Increases chance to pass psychic test. Increases chances of perils of the warp.
- Spirit Stones: Allow a Farseer to use two powers in a turn, but not the same power twice
- Staff of Ulthamar:
- Not in combat: He can use a third psychic power, including one already used.
- Wounds as a Witchblade and ignores armour saves
- Warlocks: May include Warlocks as per the Farseer rule
- Witchblade
- Stats: His Toughness is higher than a regular Farseer
