Harlequins are warrior dancers for the Eldar in the 4th Edition Eldar Codex for Warhammer 40,000. They specialize in close combat.
Background and Description

Harlequins led my a Troupe Leader
Harlequins travel the webway, performing dances from Eldar legend and serving the Laughing God with their grace and skill.
The troupe's perform the tale of the Eldar's fall and the creation of Slaanesh, Slaanesh always being played by the Soltare. (No longer a playable model) The solitare is charged with recruiting new Harlequins and at his death, his soul will fall to Slaanesh and he will have to find his own way through the warp. This is done by him not being allowed access to a spiritstone.
